The villa is located on Jl. Mertasari, Sanur near the beach, attractions and activities. Various restaurants, shops, and spas in the same area ensuring guests have plenty of options for dining and entertainment.

Staff
The attentive and friendly staff at Villa Marjen are available on the weekdays (Monday to Friday) to assist guests during their stay.
Breakfast
Breakfast ingredients are supplied enough for every four days, and the staff will top up the supply. Guests prepare their own breakfast.

Where you’ll sleep
Villa Marjen has 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 plus;
- Bedroom-1 with a king size bed
- Bedroom-2 with a king size bed
- Bedroom-3 with twin beds. The twin beds cannot be joined without a gap because they are designed to be separate and have individual frames and mattresses.
For a small extra charge there are 2 king single daybeds on the living room, and you can hire baby cots.

House rules
- Pets are not allowed
- Smoking, vaping, e‑cigarettes allowed only outdoors
- Commercial photography and filming are not allowed
- We ask for consideration with electricity and turn off all air con when not in the room
- Please be mindful that this is a residential area so keep noise levels to a minimum after 9 pm
- We may allow a small dinner party but you must ask us first and share details of the number of guests
Please be informed about some ongoing nearby construction work that may cause some noise disturbances. As per normal working and acceptable noise hours in Bali, construction is limited to hours from 8am to 5pm.
Terms and conditions
Cancellation policy is strict:
- Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
- 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.
- No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
