Children Policy
- 0 until 4 years old stays free of charge existing bed with parent
- Children 5 years old to 11 years old can stay for free (Alam Family Room)
- Children are defined as 12 years and below. Children or young adults 12 years in the same room will incur an additional charge IDR 150.000 net per person and an additional breakfast IDR 150.000 net per person. (Alam Family Room)
- Above 5 years is charged as adult IDR 400,000 per night including breakfast in an extra bed

Cancelation policy
Booking is Non-Refundable and cannot be canceled. Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given for the payment that has been paid.

- Deposit: Upon guests check-in we will collect a deposit of IDR 1,000,000 per room for any additional expenses such as food and drink during your stay.
