Every effort will be made to have rooms available by 3.00 pm on the day of arrival.
No check-in and check-out on New Year’s Eve and Nyepi Celebration.

Our check-out time is 12 pm.
Any extension on this time (on request and subject to availability) will result in additional charges.
An extension to 6.00 pm will be charged for 50% of the daily room rate and 100% of the daily room rate will be applied after 6.00 pm.

Additional person
All rooms are designed to accommodate a third person on an extra bed. The extra bed rate applies to the third person, either for child or adult. A maximum of three adults only is permitted per room.
Family plan
- All children under 2 years stay free of charge. Baby cots are available on request.
- All children of 0-5 years (inclusive) sharing the same bed with parents will be free of charge for breakfast.
- All children of 6-12 years (inclusive) sharing the same bed with parents will be charged at IDR 135,000 net per child for breakfast. All older children or adults are charged IDR 750,000 net per room per night per person for extra beds, inclusive of breakfast.
- Our rooms can only accommodate a maximum of one extra bed or one baby cot at the same time. Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and subject to availability.
- Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel at the time of check-in.
