You know those people who say the current situation doesn't stress them? That they don't get anxious or have panic attacks?
At some point, we all feel anxious or stressed about life, and certainly about the current pandemical circus we are living in.
Now I would never say that a glass of wine is a bad coping mechanism, oh no, not I. BUT I'm also a huge fan of natural remedies that are more appropriate at any time of day (because apparently wine is not always appropriate 🤷 )
