Music & Events
We believe that the key to having a successful event is successful marketing. We tailor the social media of the event to suit your target audience and demographic, to ensure the opportunity to sell tickets is maximised. We create a campaign that is informative and fun, getting people excited weeks ahead of the event – making it the most talked about event in town!
AN EVENING ON THE GREEN 2017
This was the first An Evening on the Green event held at Hatten Wines, Sanur. It was a sold out crowd who enjoyed the music, great games, raffles and an incredible auction – with all prizes donated from fabulous businesses around Indonesia. All funds raised for charity went to Rumah Sehat, BIWA, Pande Rescue and Boarding Bali, and Project AWARE Foundation.
AN EVENING ON THE GREEN 2018
After our first fundraiser in 2017 being such a success, we just had to do another! Again hosted at Hatten Wines in Sanur, the event saw a huge crowd of over 450 people enjoy food, wine, auctions and entertainment. We raised money for four amazing charities: Rumah Sehat; BIWA; Trash Heros Sanur; and Solemen.
BOOGIE WONDERLAND THE FAIRMONT
This fundraiser was held at The Fairmont, Sanur. It was a sold out crowd with amazing entertainment and an auction that saw bids come in from all over the world. Funds raised went to the education program held at Bali WISE for marginalised young women and girls in Indonesia, helping them gain employment with tourism and hospitality and assisting in breaking the poverty cycle within families and communities.
GROCER AND GRIND - RUMAH SEHAT SANUR
This was the first event we were involved in, after being invited by Delma Davies. We assisted with donations, ticket sales and some marketing and we were so proud to be a part of the team that raised much needed funds for Rumah Sehat so they could continue their education and health care programs in remote villages in Bali.
Beach House Sanur are known for throwing parties and Mexican Madness for Bali Sehat was no exception! With everyone dressed in Mexican costumes, games, music and the biggest pinatas ever seen on the beach, the evening raised close to 20 million IDR to help Bali Sehat build their new clinic, which provides free health care to the poorest villages in Bali.
