Sari is in charge in the day-to-day housekeeping operations within the villas we look after, if the villas don't have trained staff already. She is always available to assist with large groups and extra cleaning required. With her meticulous and tireless work standards, she ensures the properties are maintained in a clean and orderly fashion, and they look fantastic, to provide guests with the best experience during their stay.

We worked with The Travellist to arrange the most memorable day exploring the Sidemen region of Bali. As a multi-generational family, we needed a tour that suited all ages and interests, and Wulan and the team delivered beyond expectations! Every detail was thoughtfully planned… from visiting a temple at a perfectly quiet time, to enjoying delicious local food, a swing experience with zero queues and breathtaking views, and even a hands-on silver-making class. The Travellist organised a perfect day tour for 5 of us visiting Sidemen and the Besakih temple. Our driver and guide, Nyoman, was helpful, great fun and took great care of us. We recently had nearly a month in Bali, have had many short time trips to Bali but now recently retired we wanted a longer trip and it was too hard for me to organise hotel changes, pickups, transfers so contacted Wulan at The Travellist and wow how easy it was. Within days Wulan had our hotels organised all with breaky and late check out and of course some of the best rooms., we were never disappointed, actually astounded at the rooms we got. We had 4 different stays, 2 in Kuta and 2 in Sanur and change over was a breeze. Comang was our driver and he was always on time (early actually) and the most considerate safe friendly driver you could ask for. We are not the touristy type people but I know the crew at The Travellist also organise tours and after what we experienced with our holiday I am sure anything would be outstanding. We are going back at the end of the year and it will be all organised with Wulan and The Travellist crew, thankyou so much for our fantastic holiday, roll on to our next holiday, can't wait, thankyou xxx
