Booking Terms & Conditions

Your contract is with THE TRAVELLIST and with the property owner

Bookings and Reservations

Booking are secured and confirmed when you have booked online, paid in full and receive a confirmation email of your booking details.
We will accommodate booking changes subject to availability, and if agreed by the property owner.

Payment (payment methods of booking)
All rates are in IDR.
Payment must be made in full.
We do not accept any cash payments.
You can transfer directly to our OCBC account as we have 12 currencies available (AUD, EUR, JPY, CAD, GBP, NZD, CHF, HKD, SGD, CNH, IDR, USD).
Credit Cards are accepted via our payment channel DOKU (plus
3% admin fee).
You can also pay directly to our OCBC using WISE (previously known as Transferwise).
We transfer your payment directly to the property owner.

 

Booking  Cancellations

Unless otherwise agreed

    • ALL bookings are non-refundable.

    • Cancellations must be in writing and should be addressed to The Travellist.

    • The Travellist reserves the right to revert back to individual accommodation outlets Cancellation Terms & Conditions.

    • If a credit has been approved it is valid for 6 months from the date the cancellation was made.

Change Of Itinerary After Holiday Has Commenced: Any alteration or cancellation of services after your holiday has commenced can incur penalties. There is no refund for unused services.

Check-in and Check-out

Check in and Check out  times are  stated on  your  reservation  agreement supplied  at the time of booking. Earlier and later check in and out times may be subject to an additional charge and must be agreed in writing.

Number of Guests

The number of guests staying in the property is not to exceed the number specified in the booking confirmation. Under no circumstances will any additional guests be allowed to stay without prior agreement and payment.

Insurance

Please ensure that your party has adequate travel insurance for cancellation, ill health, personal belongings, public liability etc. The management will not be held responsible for any accident, injury, loss or damage to property or person, however caused.

Management Access to Property

The management has access rights to the property at any time for necessary maintenance issues.

Public Service and Liability

The management is not liable for any utility supply breakdowns outside its control

Our Liability

The Travellist does not accept any liability or pay any compensation of whatever nature for the acts, omissions, whether negligent or otherwise, of those service providers and over whom we have no direct control. We do not accept liability for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or  inconvenience  caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or other events which are  beyond  our control, or which are not preventable by reasonable  diligence  on  our  part including, but not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action.

Rates and Price Variations

We reserve the right to vary prices and rates in the event of changes in exchange rates or price rises made by suppliers. If the cost of any service increases due to exchange rate fluctuations,  price  increases,  tax  changes  or  any  other  reason, you are required to pay the increase when notified by us or you may cancel the booking which may result in cancellation  fees.  We  are not  liable  in any  way if any increase occurs. Rates quoted are appropriate to the particular product at the time of quoting and these rates may change prior to the travel date. All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice.
