- Rates are inclusive of 21% government tax and service.
- Check in time is at 2 PM and check out time at 10 AM.
- Early Check In, based on availability, will be charged at 50% of the rate.
- Early Check Out is considered as booking amendment and no refund will be given.
- Late Check Out, based on availability, will be charged at 50% of the rate. A late check out after 4 PM is considered as extended stay, 100% from the rate will be charged.
- Rates for groups and Ad-Hoc groups are available upon request.
- Children 0 to 2 years old sharing existing bedding with parents, breakfast free of charge.
- Children 3 to 11 years old sharing existing bedding with parents, breakfast at IDR 80.000 nett per child per day.
- Age 12 years old and above are considered as adult, breakfast is at IDR 160.000net/pax.
- Every room checked in will be asked for IDR 500.000 to guarantee any loss and damages. If no losses and damages deposit will be returned in full upon check out.
- Smoking in room will be charge IDR 1.000.000 direct to personal account.
