The minimum number of snorkelling participants is 3 persons for Tulamben, Amed and Padangbai. And, 2 persons for Nusa Penida. Please check with us for scheduling with other participants.

Terms & Conditions
To confirm the booking, a minimum deposit payment of 25% of the total cost must be made.
The required deposit may be higher during high season.
Full payment must be made 5 days before the start of the trip.
Cancellation Fees
- 21+ days before the start of the trip – no cancellation fee**.
- 21-14 days before the start of the trip – deposit payment is forfeited.
- 13-5 days before the start of the trip – 50% of the agreed price.
- 4-0 days before the start of the trip or after the start of the trip – 100% of the agreed price.
- Any course materials that are already issued there will be no refund. Any bank charges will be deducted from all refunds.
- Cancellations must be made in writing (E-Mail, WhatsApp)
- If the booked trip cannot be materialized due to unsafe weather conditions, we will try to find an alternative destination. Rain or clouds do not constitute unsafe weather conditions.
- In case of cancellation due to force majeure, the deposit payment can be kept for the booking of a new trip within 3 years.
- Please make sure participants of courses fulfill all prerequisites for the chosen course and can complete the practical part of the course in one of the languages spoken by our instructors. There will be no refund if the participant does not fulfill the prerequisites. We will try our best to offer an alternative program, but cannot guarantee anything.
- Note for the package that includes accommodation; during high season some hotels apply a 30-day cancellation policy, in this case, Ocean Gravity will charge the amount of the hotel’s cancellation fee.
- Ocean Gravity does not take responsibility for guests missing the departure time, lost or stolen equipment, or personal belongings.
- Ocean Gravity reserves the right to refuse dives or abort dives in case of divers or snorkelers not follow the instructions of the guide or generally unsafe diving practices. No refund will be made in such cases.
- Ocean Gravity requires all divers to show their diving certifications.
- We strongly urge guests to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers accident, medical, baggage, personal liability, and effects, as well as trip cancellation/interruption.
- Entry-level diving courses include diving accident insurance; all other divers are responsible for their insurance. Short-term diving accident insurance from DAN can be purchased through Ocean Gravity.
- Participants are responsible for any equipment supplied by or rented from Ocean Gravity. Participants will be charged the cost of the repair or replacement of any damaged or lost equipment. Upon request, a receipt for the repair or replacement of the item will be provided.
- Prices might increase if there are changes in cost for entrance fees or gasoline.
