The owner designed and built this villa to capture the essence of Bali life, with a combination of indoor and outdoor living. The owner has sourced all the furniture and pieces in the villa and many are treasures from travels around Indonesia and in fact from around the world.
It is centrally located, full of designer touches, and a lush tropical garden – Bali paradise!
Location
Our luxury villa is located near Mertasari beach, so you walk just a few minutes out the front door and you are on the beach. Or a few minutes in the other direction and you are in the heart of Sanur with restaurants, bars, shopping and spas along the way.

Staff
Staff available during the day for housekeeping works, and driver is available at an extra cost you pay directly to the driver. Our regular driver may assist you for late night check in.
Breakfast
Breakfast ingredient is supplied for the first morning only. For every morning after that, our staff can help you with grocery shopping or to order in from cafes nearby at your cost.

Guest access
Guests can access the entire villa and property, inclusive the tower which is perfect for sunset drinks however we do not suggest children have access to the tower or the stairs.

Pool fence and pond fence can be arranged upon request at your cost.
House Rules
- No smoking
- No pets
- No parties or events
- We may consider small dinner parties for special occasions, on request only. We do have two cats that wander the gardens but tend to keep to themselves. Our staff care for them.
- Smoke alarm
- Must climb stairs. There are stairs leading from the downstairs living room to the upstairs bedroom. However, the stairs are a good height and width and have walls or rails.
