Our luxury villa is located near Mertasari beach and within easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping and spas. It has been our family home and now we want other families and friends to enjoy the space we have created.

The space
We designed and built this villa to capture the essence of Bali life, with a combination of indoor and outdoor living.
We have sourced all the furniture and pieces in the villa and many are treasures from our travels around Indonesia and in fact from around the world.
Our staff are always there during the day and our driver will be there for any late night check ins.
We are located on Mertasari beach so you walk just a few minutes out the front door and you are on the beach. Or a few minutes in the other direction and you are in the heart of Sanur.
Guest access
Guests can access the entire villa and property. We also have a tower which is perfect for sunset drinks however we do not suggest children have access to the tower or the stairs.
We can offer a pool fence if requested.

- No pets
- No parties or events
- We may consider small dinner parties for special occasions, on request only. We do have two cats that wander the gardens but tend to keep to themselves. Our staff care for them.
- Airbnb’s COVID-19 safety practices apply
- Carbon monoxide alarm not reported — The host hasn’t reported a carbon monoxide alarm on the property. We suggest bringing a portable detector for your trip.
- Smoke alarm
- Pet(s) live on property — 2 cats wander the gardens but keep to themselves.
- Must climb stairs — We do have stairs leading from the downstairs living to the upstairs bedroom. However the stairs are a good height and width and have walls or rails.
- Breakfast is supplied for the first morning only. For every morning after that, our staff can help you with grocery shopping or to order in from cafes nearby.
